  1. Services Provided

RM Cleaning Solutions, LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and customized cleaning requests. Service details will be outlined in the service agreement or booking confirmation.

  1. Booking and Payment
  • All bookings must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.
  • A valid payment method is required to confirm a booking.
  • Payment must be made in full before or upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept online payments via Stripe and other approved payment methods listed on our website.
  • Any additional services requested on-site must be approved and paid for before completion.
  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • RM Cleaning Solutions, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or staff emergencies.
  1. Satisfaction Guarantee
  • We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.
  • Refunds or re-cleaning services will be provided at our discretion.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled service time.
  • Pets should be secured, and fragile or valuable items should be stored safely.
  • RM Cleaning Solutions, LLC is not responsible for damage to unsecured valuables or pre-existing damage.
  1. Liability and Damages
  • While our team exercises care and professionalism, accidents may occur. In such cases, we will assess and address the issue fairly.
  • RM Cleaning Solutions, LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from improper item placement, faulty surfaces, or pre-existing conditions.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
  1. Health and Safety
  • Our staff follows strict safety and hygiene protocols.
  • If hazardous conditions exist on the property, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service.
  1. Privacy and Confidentiality
  • We respect client privacy and do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.
  • Our staff is trained to handle client property with discretion and professionalism.
  1. Amendments to Terms
